http://www.movotesconservation.org/ is the Missouri votes conservation website. I will keep pushing this as a resource to watch. Here is a link to some sources of info for Green Building Legislation that we used to prepare for the environmental summit in Columbia. It was here that I met a staffer of East-West Gateway and we are beginning to organize some education and training workshops on Green Building Principles and Practices for regional elected officials and city managers.
